It was just an ideal choice for a rapid stop in Grenoble with good price-quality ratio. The staff promptly replaced a dirty towel without any hassle. Remember to ask for tea and coffee when you check in.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed at during a two week trip to France. The price was affordable. The location was convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants and sights. The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was exceptional. From the man who checked us in to the women who cleaned the rooms, they treated us like friends and family, not anonymous guests. It was a great experience.

A charming stay with cozy touches
The cute ambiance and friendly staff. The hotel provided complimentary hot drinks and afternoon snacks, good perks. The breakfast, though limited, featured fresh offerings that certainly hit the spot.
While the cozy rooms were charming, they felt a bit snug for two. The parking situation was a challenge. Tiny spaces made maneuvering difficult, so a heads-up on this would be helpful .

The staff was very friendly and helpful, quality-price balance is good, the location is good.
The bed cover could have been cleaner, but the rest of the room (sheets, bathroom, etc.) was clean.

Perfect location near transportation. Comfy room with great staff who were super helpful. The free coffee machine was a nice perk. Just a heads-up, the walls are thin, so you might hear some noise from neighbors.
